PRACTICE

Vicky Garcia has focused on defending clients in various types of civil litigation matters since 2003.  She has primarily represented developers and general contractors in construction contract and construction defect disputes.  In addition, she has represented companies in defense of product liability and personal injury lawsuits.

In 2010, Vicky was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Washington Law and Politics
