Dan Kirkpatrick
PRACTICE
Dan Kirkpatrick has practiced law since 2008. Before joining Todd & Wakefield, he clerked at the Washington State Court of Appeals for the Honorable H. Joseph Coleman and the Honorable Linda Lau.
Since joining Todd & Wakefield, Dan has worked primarily in construction law. He has written motions that have resulted in the dismissal of individuals sued in condominium defect cases. Dan has also worked on a variety of tort cases, such as premises liability, negligence, and products liability. He successfully moved for summary judgment dismissal of all claims against an industrial manufacturer in a premises liability case, and argued the decision on appeal.
