Dan Kirkpatrick

PRACTICE

Dan Kirkpatrick has practiced law since 2008. Before joining Todd & Wakefield, he clerked at the Washington State Court of Appeals for the Honorable H. Joseph Coleman and the Honorable Linda Lau.

Since joining Todd & Wakefield, Dan has worked primarily in construction law.  He has written motions that have resulted in the dismissal of individuals sued in condominium defect cases.  Dan has also worked on a variety of tort cases, such as premises liability, negligence, and products liability.  He successfully moved for summary judgment dismissal of all claims against an industrial manufacturer in a premises liability case, and argued the decision on appeal.

BACKGROUND

Dan lives in Seattle with his wonderful wife and adorable children.  He likes playing soccer, wiffle ball, football, and Settlers of Catan.  He gardens a little. He also collects vinyl records.
